Finding meaning in the small things

Okay, so let? S face it. Our world is quickly moving into place where people are driven by the mega. They are driven by what is big, what is grand, what seems to be so outstanding. Yet so many people remain unfulfilled. I mean, so many people continue to lack joy and the sense of happiness because for the most part, they are going after the grand year. They're going after what in your mind and through the perception of others is satisfying

How to find joy and happiness in uncommon places.

So, yeah, it really made me just appreciate the small things and, yeah, doing things for other people, too. Just something small can really make a big ripple in someone's day. You never know. And, yes, Jay, I echo. I love deborah, your box. Thanks so much for sharing that. I really want to make one for myself as well and put it in my little meditation corner. So beautiful. Yeah. Thank you so much for this conversation. Bye

Hey. Like the podcast. Really? Well, we each have many different relationships in our lives, whether they be family, friends, romantic or even professionals. Within all of these relationships, we find a greater appreciation for the little things that people do for us. When I say small things, I mean things that are savers or gifts or even simply turning on a night light

Nonetheless, I am indeed grateful that you were able to juggle some pardes along with me. Looking forward to doing some more of this around the swell area. All right. You do have a wonderful one. And let's connect again soon right here
