My favorite bowl of food when I was ten years old...

My favourite bowl of food when I was ten seems a lifetime ago but yeah I do remember my mom was a great cook she was make everything delicious for us but her kheer like you can say rice porridge was exceptionally finger licking good and we can even have that we in Matlab I can say me and my siblings all three of us always look forward of having that rice kheer it was loaded with cream, milk and lots of nuts especially raisins that will give a slight sourness to the sweetness of that porridge and it was very delicious it was good hot as well as chilled so we can have it even after as a meal as well as a dessert and my mother was also so happy feeding us because she used to think kids are getting all the nourishment they want or lots of nuts rice milk a complete food being vegetarian she would often encourage us to have these kind of tastes so I would say kheer and still is my all time favorite thank you

Oh five button. I hit the record button. Okay, I think that's actually recording now. So what exactly is that dish? Is it like a rice? Is it like a soup? Can you describe what the dish is like, its overall substance? Zero button. Reply heading post button

You add four cup of milk and let it simmer for at least 2 hours. Then you get very nice thick texture of sweetened milk. Obviously you have to add sugar in it that you can add according to your taste. And when it's almost done, you can add the nuts, whatever you like. The specialty of this thing is it's like complete dish. It fills you a lot, gives you everything. Although it does not have salt, but it has a crunchy text
