I take some time to process it, be with it, feel it, and then understand what were my learnings from it. And then only I move on to something else. So that was something I used to do when I was young, but I don't do it anymore

Chaya. I love that reflection. I think we do take a breath now when we get the perspective that we need. Time between notes. Pause between notes. I did that a lot when I was young and I didn't know to do that. And now I do as well. I completely relate. Thank you
