You. Good morning. I made the change when I realized that postmenopausal and lack of gallbladder were causing depression, anxiety, weight gain, insomnia. So I made the change and started working out three days week, eating better, cut out red meat and pork, and started being more positive. I continued to do the things that I love to do, like writing, spending time with my grandkids and enjoying life basically, and being positive
