So I thought about it, and I thought about friendships, and I think about how as we get older, some people may not be as outgoing as I am. I'm definitely an extrovert. There are a lot of my friends are introverts, and some of my friends have lost loved ones. They've lost their spouse, they've lost children. Life changes for us. We can lose people. People move away from our lives, and it can be a really scary thing

Friendships that last the test of time… From grade school through our senior years

And there's been many studies that show people live longer when they have dear friends and they have the open door policy. And that's not about the ceremony of getting prepped and having precious time. It's more like the flow and the come on overness. That is truly something that could just save people from being too much in their little wormhole. And as somebody who is an extrovert and recognizes the signs of introverts, who inside are quite magnificent, but they don't have that first step
