You. Good afternoon, swell community. Today's topic is on caregiver stress. Caregiver stress is not a new concept. More than one quarter of the adult population has provided care for a chronically ill, disabled or aged family member or friend during the past year. It intense caregivers. Those providing at least 21 hours of care a week have suffered from depression. Heavy duty caregivers, especially spousal caregivers, do not get consistent help from any other family members

Just to be able to be lifted by other people's voices and understand and have the compassion and the empathy that you so powerfully shared here is amazing. So I want to welcome you and I think your Swell cast is going to be fantastic for people. There are other conversations going on Swell right now around caregiving. So we think about the whole ecosystem, and I think the caregiver is really always missed when it comes to the kinds of support that we all need when we're caring for somebody
