A different form of escapism, a different form of really, truly loving myself enough to erase what I call the static in my brain over the years like a fuzzy TV. I don't expect to be brilliant. I don't expect to be amazing. But I do love what I've become, who I've become. And that's a storyteller. I started a blog on the Wix app and I recorded a blog every day

Hi Sebastian. Thank you so much for inviting me to this conversation. And I'm so glad that you found swell fellow storyteller. I am. I have a theater background and setting to be a drama therapist right now. So I'm all about storytelling and using story of medicine. And I can't wait to hear more about your recovery story and journey. I have been on my own journey of sobriety. I actually follow a woman called Ruby Warrington and she coined the term sober curious

Hi. Yes. Thanks for responding back. Yeah. The sober, Curious Mystical Mermaid is an Instagram account I created as an accountability for myself on this journey. And I've really enjoyed connecting to this role. And it's really just a version of myself, like my real free version where just can be all the sides of myself and not needing any substances to tap into that
