I was just really happy that I completed it. So, thinking about running in sub freezing weather, here are a few tips I'd like to share with you to keep in mind. If you decide to brave the cold. Bundle up in layers. It's your best defense against the cold. The bottom layer should be moisture wicking some moisture wicking fabric to keep you dry. Don't forget to gear up your extremities with gloves, a hat and your core

Im not a fan of cold weather running but i do it sometimes. Here are some tips to keep in mind if you decide to run in sub-freezing temps. #running

Coach. Where were you last week when we had freezing weather? Now, I appreciate that response. I'm responding as I run right now. This first day. I can run with no gloves, so thank you. That warming up inside, tip everything. I'll start doing that from now on. Wish me luck, though. I'm still going. Until next time

Hey, Derek. Yeah, you're right. I should have thought about this post last week when it was really, really cold. But looks like this week we're going to be getting a little bit of warmer weather here in my area, at least. That's southeastern Virginia. But it's still winter, so we don't know what we're going to get. Hope you had a good run, man. Have a good day
