Anxiety and depression have become quite the most used terms in the past two years, and people use them as if they are nothing, but they actually carry a lot of weight. So the people with anxiety are often hyper vigilant to their surroundings and concerned with the way they are perceived. This is interesting because this hyper vigilance and concern about the perceptions of others about them can often lead to behaviors that come across as very rude

And I've definitely done all six of those things and I never I guess I never thought about it in terms of my anxiety ID, but yeah, I definitely do spend a lot of time thinking about an event with a lot of people that I've never met before and I always want to cancel at the last minute.
