Oblique Strategies: challenges to carve new paths out of creative blocks

But I've used this so many times when I get stuck and I have no idea what to do, and I need something to encourage some lateral thinking. Sometimes these phrases, even if they don't specifically apply to the medium that I'm working on, I'm working in, are super helpful in kind of activating a different part of my brain and also just a fun little anecdote

Hey, ro, I bet you think that I would have this response, because I love oblique strategies, and I'm always looking for ways to connect all of us here in the swell community. And I think it would be really cool to have a series run by you where you pick an oblique strategy, and we bust it out, and we do stuff with it so that we can play with it here. So just a thought. I'll certainly take part in it

They could pick up an instrument and probably use other instruments to, like, mimic the sound of a voice. So I really like these oblique strategies and how you brought them up. I think I might try and do some of these strategies, too, because I feel like I'm in one of those, like, creative blocks myself, and I just need that little shove. So, yeah, thanks for sharing. Really like that
