And it's made a huge difference, not just in, I'm not spending a lot of money feeding myself, but there is a satisfaction that comes in being able to cook for yourself and feed yourself. And I sort of look at it as experimentation, just trying out different recipes, trying out different foods. Though I do have some old reliables and old favorites that I constantly lean on and also, and discovered this a couple of weeks ago, I really do get a lot of satisfaction from cooking

I so hear you. I had the same experience, and for me also was I always did enjoy cooking for other people, but cooking for myself was a discovery as well, that it in that it was like a meditation, an active meditation to figure out how things work together, what flavors work, how the science of cooking works and how I like to do it

It's so cool to use this particular personal act of cooking for yourself as a way of knowing that that change rippled out so beautifully. I have such a resonance with this. It's really interesting when I spend time and cook for myself. It has such a message to my soul that says, I really care, I care, and especially when it's food that's healthy. All my cooking usually integrates the good stuff, but I just really appreciate listening to both of you. Thank you
