Mindfulness

article image placeholderUploaded by @proud_mysuruian
You would remember this moment for the rest of your life as the best days of your life with your child, isn't it? That's what happens when we start living the moment, making it the best moment for now and for rest of the life to cherish again and again. It is possible to bring this presence of moment in everyday situation into everything. It is just by being only there, not by thinking about the past moment or the future anxiety

Hey. Thank you for the invite to this and the picture you posted and your voice and your kind of way of framing this. And being in the moment is definitely excuse me, part of the journey of mindfulness. And I also think being able to take what you experience in that being in that moment and take it into the rigor of being in life with its flow and with its turmoil and with its shifting and changing and how to navigate all that

You. Thank you. Deborah, I really appreciate your attention to the details on my post. You just beautifully explained the gain of being mindful and the meditation practice. And yes, your words or your explanation definitely takes me to the next level of meditation practice. That is by staying grounded and spread gratitude to embrace the satisfaction of keeping the meditation practice. I really thank you for taking time to listen to my cast and replying for it

But when one is able to do that great thing, things happen. I talk about this in my book as well. I recently wrote a book, the Only Way Out Is In. And very similar topics. Really? So when people are mindful and they are living in the present moment, it is easier for them to be able to manifest what they are willing to. Because our mind is like it's a monkey mind

Hi, Kumal. Thank you for accepting my invitation and taking time to shower more insights on the topic. And I'm glad for your share. That how the presence of mind can take its own time to achieve, but worth the wait. And thanks for sharing about your book. I will for sure take time to refer your book for more insights, um, to listen or to observe the market that is the monkey mind than silencing it
