Briggs Beer Review #5 SOPHIE GOOSE ISLAND BREWERY

article image placeholderUploaded by @PKBriggs
I don't know if you know what I mean. So I'm going to taste this. And that's good. That's really good. It tastes exactly how I expect the cezan to taste. It goes on your tongue. You roll it back, you taste the clove. It's not overpowering. You taste the spice. It's not overpowering. It's very clean, it's crisp. It's got a little bite, but that's kind of bite, that's offensive

I think back in the day, it says three to 3.5% ABV now up to 8%. That's what we have with this one. Not that high, but it was higher than I was expecting. This beer supposed to be considered refreshing. The farmers, the characteristics of this beer are mostly the caesan yeast. So that's where cezan comes from, the yeast. And broadly speaking, caesan is a pale whale. I did not know that

They are interesting, so I do like them, and you should definitely do more. What I was going to say in comparison is I know that often a lot of times I'm invited to swells, but the topic doesn't quite interest me, and I also really don't have a lot to say about it

That's the French speaking region of Belgium. It's very low in alcohol, light body, high in carbonation, and it's got some kind of a dryness to it too. I guess it's the east that creates it. The name comes from the fact that the time it is brewed, so it's brewed during winters and consumed by the farmers in summers

Hey, Pika. Briggs. I forgot to add three things to the review. I guess five minutes too short a time to discuss beer. You know, it's just so embarrassing. So I'm going to add three things. One is the serving temperature of the beer, the glass it should be served in. And there's one of the good places to go and have season bureau in New York. If I heard you right, you are from there

@Professor42 Thank you for stopping by!!

But I'm settling down now, so hopefully I'll have the mental energy to do more. I actually love talking about beer, but you never can tell if anybody's really dialed in or not. And for you, like you just said, you tried a Blue Moon and not a fan. Me neither. A lot of people think about it when they think of a wheat beer, but it's not what I think about. There are so many other great wheat beers
