Hey, PK. I just want to say thank you as always for your amazing inspirational posts. I think Silence is such a powerful tool that we have, but we don't often need utilize. I know for myself I feel the power of just stopping, being silent, listening and being in the moment. But I don't do that very often. I and I should definitely do that more. So thank you for the reminder. I hope you have a fantastic day

I want you to just sit still in the moment with yourself alone and think and whatever you think about, write it out. Just write it down. And when you're done, give yourself five minutes. Give yourself 1 minute, if that's all you can bear, but just do it and see what happens. And she messaged me today and was like, that was the most powerful thing that I've done. And now I know where I need this conversation to go
