Whose dreams are you making come true?

And I don't know that there is an answer to this. I mean, there is obviously no, I shouldn't say that there are people out there who have made these leaps and changes and they've created their own thing and they work for themselves. And it's super awesome. And it's amazing. I have not been able to figure out how to do that successfully yet. I've had little flex of it, little moments, little peaks

So if I was to work for myself, I would definitely have to be in an industry where it's, first of all, covert proof. And then I know what I'm doing. I've already took my business classes and I just have to have it all planned out and all put together. So I really didn't have working for myself all put together. I really didn't know what to expect

Thank you @PKBriggs and @Enfinit

I am able to see the future of what the company may think I want to do, but it's not what I want to do. I have the least bit of interest in going even higher. I even did it as sort of a game to see if I could really do it. But it got me to that next step

Awesome response and breakdown thank you. @FryedOreo

And it was clear to me that everybody's not going to be a leader, even though the program is called leadership, people are going to do different things. Everybody doesn't want to be a leader. Everybody can't be a leader. And I don't know why I feel uncomfortable saying that, but they can't just like you said, everybody can't be a boss. And so what you said at the end is actually the key. I have to do what I want to do
