I'm taking a little break from work right now and decided to go to the ocean, the beach and wondering if you can hear the waves in the background. It's kind of a windy day, so the waves are up and out of, Whoa, gosh. Just got hit with one beautiful day out here on the beach. I'll get back to work soon enough

Hey fuel but take care of self don't go much far you know because sometimes the waves are so very strong that when you come to this show take back some human being who are not expertise swimming so take care of yourself enjoy the ways from distance

I think it's really important to know when to like, take off time and to just go out in nature. I recently haven't gone out in nature as much, but I did go to the beach with some friends, which was nice because I work three days a week and then some of those days that I have off. I'll either just get some rest or I like to go to the beach. And the beach is always really nice because it's very cleansing
Thanks for sharing this. Phil makes me think of a song. That's a classic in some of the communities I run in. It's all about the way that the waves come on in and sort of tapping into that. It goes like this. There is so much magnificence in the ocean. The waves are coming in, the waves are coming in, and there's some other parts that layer on top of that that I won't just now, but wanted to give you that little snippet
