All I have more energy, and I actually lost seven and a half pounds. And now I don't think that that's very normal in this plan, but when you get rid of all the toxins and you get rid of the inflammation, that thing can happen, that weight loss can happen

Hey, Phil, thank you for sharing your journey with us. And it's so important that people understand the connection between diet and health and even going one step further and going to understand how the gut connects with our brain. I just watched a 55 minutes documentary last night on PBS via Amazon. I'm going to put the image here that talked about what microbiome health means with regard to brain function

Kind of curious if you use some sort of guide somewhere and you want to refer us to that, because I'm thinking of doing that. I had an ER trip in September for cardiac Afib, which scared the hell out of me. I was there all night. I haven't had another episode, but I stopped caffeine because of that, because I know that messes with your, what do you call it, the electrical rhythm of your heart

I looked at reviews, and reviews are overwhelmingly positive on this. And like I said, what I love about it is that it sets you up for the future. It's not just something you do and then you're done. You kind of go through a lot of fasting programs, and that's just like a one and done kind of thing. But this really sets you up for the future of just okay. Now I know what it's like to eat healthy
