I have a couple of prompts that I give people when I'm teaching mindfulness to help them recognize the patterns that they react with when they're presented with uncomfortable situations or stimuli that they don't like and how we can use a method in mindfulness to help recognize all that and reprogram some of it. Do you just feel like you need to pop out of your skin and to write these things down and to collect all this data and what I learned when I was going through and getting help for myself, I needed to be a better patient. I needed to be a better client. I needed to take a little bit more control over myself. I can't just go and speak to someone and give them my synopsis of my life and hope that they can help me out or cure me whatsoever
