Be completely open, be completely accepting getting rid of that negativity, getting rid of that impulsive what's that word? I'm trying to think of pessimistic thoughts that I'm learning that who I truly am is nowhere near the person I thought I was supposed to be. And the invitation to do it in community is really, really important, which is why all of us, including you, speaking into this space when you talk about your journey and what you're going through, I think it's like beautiful, beautiful medicine.
