And that's how we want to live our lives, because why wouldn't we all want to live care free? So my theory is kind of simple and basic. You need to show your body new scenes. If you keep showing yourself that you're going to stay in bed, and trust me, I know what that feels like. I know what it feels like to wake up in the morning and it already feels like there's a dagger in my stomach

Hey, this is really helpful because I think we think we can think into this change that you're talking about, this shift. And I think that we have to bring in our full senses and all the neural pathways that help contribute to better habits. And there's that threemonth kind of guideline. It sounds about right.
