How do you relax?
And if that is a character that is on a show, imagine what is in real life and how we convince ourselves that what we're doing is okay, that what we're doing is bringing me peace, that what we're doing isn't harmful to me or others. So I'm very interested to start to dissect this

Hello. Thanks so much for the invite. How do I relax? Several different ways. Nature is my place of peace. Nature just going on a walk through the park, walk through my neighborhood. I'm a country girl, come from a very rural town. So driving, just driving back to my place of childhood calms me. I like to listen to classic piano as I journal because true believer in as I think I shall feel and then I shall do or respond

So once I start my night, it's that I actually sit down, the TV is on and yeah, they're watching probably a scary movie, like more of a thriller, an edge of your seat type of thing. And then when everybody goes to bed, I watch reality TV. I can say I stopped watching the news years ago and within a year had an awareness, thought that had said, look at how much happier you are, less depressed you are

I love the question, because I want to learn how people relax, because it could help me learn. I try to make my life relaxing so that I don't have to escape from it. That's one of my goals. So it's an ongoing conversation excuse my voice, I'm getting over cold. So it's an ongoing conversation, for sure of how to bring in healthy things. And for me, it's definitely going outside and sitting outside or walking outside

I play the violin, I'm classically trained, but I didn't keep up with it as much as I should have, so pretty rough. I mean, not rough, I mean, I get paid sometimes to do it, so I guess I can't be too bad. Awesome. I think what you said, I just listened to your response and now I can't think of anything. It's probably because it's almost three in the morning here in Greenville, but yeah, cool
