And I'm an exer as well. And it's a beautiful community. I think they talk about boomers and millennials a lot, but Gen Xers get a little bit sideswiped. I don't know why. We're pretty amazing. But I wanted to just acknowledge your idea to stay accessible, stay intimate, stay relevant and immediate, and that's what this is all about, I think, and bringing people on to build this community

And I've already added my URL to my link tree, so hopefully I can get more people that follow me on Instagram and TikTok and YouTube to come over to swell. Just because I look at it as a platform where I can kind of engage more, have more of a life journal than just creating content. Because with creating content, you have to niche down and niche down and niche down, and it's really challenging to kind of deviate slightly from that because then it throws off the algorithm

I'm an advocate of dating myself. I've actually am in the process of starting a series here on Swell where I talk about dating and give advice and s***, because I feel I can do that now. I feel like I'm at that point now with my dating life. And I'm single, by the way, and I have some theories on why single people have better dating advice than those that have been in continuous long term relationships
