It was marinated for about 24 hours overnight in the fridge. And so we have our roast beef, and we have our tomatoes, and we have. We like to keep it a little simple, not too much, because the roast beef has a lot of flavor in it. So we're gonna cut our thinly sliced roast beef, and first, we're gonna put a little bit of mayonnaise and horseradish on the roast beef. We love the horseradish on the roast beef

Oh, Shawn, I just had a chance to listen to this. I love how you describe it. I love how you use the. We. You include us, you include your family. What an exquisite lunch to open up. I mean, down to the detail and the order of how you place things. It's just mouth watering. And I don't eat roast beef. And I was just sitting there thinking how delicious it sounds, just as a culinary delight. Really well done
