Hot Stones in All Their Forms

article image placeholderUploaded by @NouriEnergi
Greetings. So hot stones, right? I've been using hot stones since I was in massage school. I was introduced to it, and the very first massage, one training class, was, like, towards the middle, and they're used as is a type of hydrotherapy. So they showed it like, in one class, we reuse it, and I was like, oh, my gosh, I feel like I spent all day in the sauna with these

Hey, Micheala, this is so beautiful, the way you just kind of narrated us through this process. I've had this kind of massage before, and it's just beautiful. It really connects me to such that kind of feeling of mineral and heat and earth and fire and air, especially when it really moves into me in a way that feels kind of ancient. And your swell does as well. It's really beautiful

Thank you, Deborah. That was beautiful and poetic in its own right. And I hope that I continue to bring things back into your knowing and encouraging you to take care of yourself. Thank you for listening. I appreciate it
