What pronouns should I use?

Hey, lovelies, I hope you all have a good day today, wherever you are in your day across the world. I feel like I've been talking a lot about pronouns recently, but I keep thinking of more and more things. I think it's something that is always always in my subconscious little bit because I'm quite subjected to it

It’s layered and safe is best! @NLOFrank

But yeah, for me, I just go with the name speaking in a sentence and a group just to make sure nothing gets confused. And I find too. What do you think when you're emailing people you've never contacted before and they don't have any pronouns in their signature? I recently sent a letter out and I put Deer management coordinator because it felt to say Deer, for example, Anna, that seems too casual for someone. I don't know. You can't say Miss Anna

@realbriggster

That's the reality that we're in at the moment. There are a few tips that I could suggest. So first off, obviously, if you know the name and it's quite an informal email. So for me, if it's within the organization, I don't work for everyone in the organization. We're a nationwide service. I would use their name
