Hey, Mr. Sympathy. Rain is good. I have a nephew in Philadelphia. I'm glad it's going to get some rain to keep things cool. Too much rain is not good. We know that you guys have had some intense flooding, so I hope you're okay. Here. I am near the water in Los Angeles. It's barely hit 70 yet overcast. But how great is that? It's going to get sunny today, but not too hot
