The notion of control, when it comes to your thoughts.
It's the rare occasion where we would need to think about it intentionally, and that might be when we're exercising or lifting weights, where breathing in a particular pattern is important, or if we're running, which I do, or if we're swimming. We've got to think about our breathing, but most of the time we don't. And if we did have to think about it all the time, it would be exhausting
What's up, Rob? This is awesome. I love just kind of tapping in a little bit and getting that little jolt of reminders that you can so elegantly offer and just provide. It's a gift, man. It's a gift. And I'm happy here to share it with everybody. I love how you took a moment and you said that it's not about controlling the mind. It's about simply not controlling what the mind thinks about, but being able to direct x the mind
