New book on mindfulness!
Mindfulness and meditation are very personal. They fit into your life and your rhythms and your needs and the things that are important to you. There isn't a right way or a wrong way to do mindfulness meditation because it is for your journey, which is completely unique. So I do offer that in the book that your journey is personal. And so I'm offering some things from my personal journey that have worked and they hopefully will be helpful or inspiring
