Being British in these strange times

But when Bruce Springsteen or Sir Rod coming to town, they won't think twice about spending 3400 quid on a ticket 50 quid for Epoxy Tshirt made in China and a program printed in Taiwan. But I think it's too expensive to put a tender out to keep the wheels on my industry turning people like myself floating. Everything's changed. I can't see it changing back. That's why the tour I'm on at the moment is my last tour, especially in Europe

Heard and received

And it's very hard and it's funny. I've been to Majorca specifically, so I know exactly where you are, but the touring musician, the touring artist, life has completely changed. And it's like you're a commodity being bought and sold and it feels very dehumanizing. I guess I used that word before. And I think this is your last tour, the next step for you

Well, hi. What a wonderful message. Glad to be heard and thank you so much for your kind words and understanding. Not many people really understand what's going on. That's the big problem. And I have decided my avenue in life after New Zealand I'm going to find solitude on the road. As a truck driver it is a bit different, but I've decided now to wake up most mornings, sent my daughter to school walking dogs and have dinner with the family most Stevens
