Now, I beg to differ some of that because some of us are awake, but we're not fully aware. Right? Can I get an amen on that? Right? So it's very important to me to just empty out at the end of my day, just before I go to bed, I shut everything off and my mind is at rest, right. I'm not thinking about what I have to do the next day. I'm not trying to figure out what's going on on television real quick before I go to sleep, because I don't want anything to invade my sleep

Hey, Bo, I actually like this. I actually like the way you put that. Like you said, if your unconscious mind is full, how do you expect to form new memories? And that definitely resonated with me. And it actually does make a lot of sense is like if you're stressed and everything like that, and then you carry all this baggage, you can't even focus on the good stuff, let alone remember it because you're too busy worrying about the old stuff

That's totally a great interpretation of that. The coal current and electricity and the flow technically the way the mind body connection works biologically and physiologically and everything obviously is more intricate details. But it's basically what you're saying and just the way you had the flow of it is just brilliant. So thank you for that. And yes, the sum of all parts. I love that at the end too. That's just great. The sum of all parts. We are one. Yeah

And the fact of the matter is, if you practice the purge, which I call it the peace purge, you purge to get the piece you need to purge to get the piece. It's like the peace purge pause. It's actually three piece purge pause, so you pause so you can purge, so you can get the piece, because we all need the piece, because life is crazy enough that we need to control it's
