Now, I've lost a lot of people in my family over the last several years. Not necessarily pandemic related stuff just because they were elderly and things they had nothing to do with COVID But it's interesting when you get to a place in your life where you appreciate things from a different perspective, and being enough is fine. When I was in my twenty s and thirty s, I wanted to conquer the world. I had all these expectations

And I'm glad that I listened to this today because I got to throw so much stuff out because I draw and I paint and I have so much stuff. I'm like, why am I holding on to this stuff? The first thing was so I can see my progress. But then it's like I feel good when I buy stuff and some of it I don't need. I got enough paper to last me for the rest of the year

So, yes, it will aid in depression, it will aid in anxiety, it will aid in all of these things that we all have. We all have natural anxiety and keeping it under control. A lot of people do without knowing, such as going to the gym to alleviate the stress and anxiety in their life. Because anxiety leads to stress, leads to depression, leads to other things that are greater mind health challenges. So we want to always control the anxiety levels in our house
