Hello. Hi, Bo. That was so enlightening and that was so helpful. Yes. If we don't learn to take pauses in a life, we cannot catch up with the pace of a life. You know, if we don't learn to take a break, then life is certainly going to break us down somewhere. And it's then going to force us to take a break, take a rest in our lives
