And it's okay for you to defend your argument, otherwise you will be seen as a weak person. But defending the argument means hearing and listening to other perspectives to understand if you are correct or if you could use those arguments to your advantage to build up a higher solution that brings up value. It's not only to be right, and that's where conflict could turn into something that's not good for the rest of the environment

So I think that's kind of my approach from a critical thinking skill mindset that I generally reside in in thinking of ways to think outside the box, to pivot, to turn, to look, to get in any other buddies'feedback or outlook on certain subjects so I can regroup my thoughts and visions and perceptions on things. And I think that without conflict we wouldn't grow but there is boundaries and limits
