And once I release that stress in whatever way that I do, so then I know, okay, that was what was going on. I had that stress factor. Topic topic tuesday self regulation. Learned something new with the grounding techniques. So those were very useful for things, you know, for moving the toes or the fingers or moving three things. And so I learned something new with that. So thank you so much for this talk on self regulation

Hey, I really love that grounding technique. I've never heard of it before. It makes so much sense, though, so I'm just going to repeat it here so that I can remember it. So you think of three things in your environment that you can hear, and then you visualize three things that you can can see, and then three things in your body that you can feel. Is that correct?

There are also techniques for grounding your senses, which is the 54321 technique, which is five things you can see and you read them off, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste
