Hey, Bo. Zack here again. I just wanted to quickly say thank you for doing this. It's very helpful. I'm going to definitely try your breathing techniques. That's going to be my new routine. In the morning when I first get out, I'm going to do the breathing and see if it helps my severe anxiety. But, yeah, thank you for doing that. And I'll be listening. So keep doing what you're doing.
