So there's a lot of ways to relieve attention and calm these things. If you like tea, have a little cup of tea and just take a pause with that. Massage sometimes helps. Talking to somebody else, a support group or a friend or family member that understands this type of thing, being present and not worrying about things that haven't even happened yet or things we can't change from the past
