But unrealistic time, just scrolling through Facebook or scrolling through Instagram or looking at TikToks that are just ridiculous for hours on end, right? Negative people. Oh my goodness gracious me. Do you know how many negative people are out there right now? If we let go of those and we start focusing on hanging out with the positives I hung out with this most beautiful soul yesterday. I had the best time ever in a long time
I do agree that to the social media thing, which has also been on my mind, which I think is going to be my swell today, is talking about just social media to where I just feel like I'm not that I think I just use it. I know I use it too much, but there's a difference between like, you know you're using it too much and you know you need to stop, but you don't really care to stop

That's the letting go of that craziness that's in my mind, that's in my speech and I don't want it there anymore. And sometimes doing that as opposed to starting in with another human online has really helped me because there's no reason to sit there and argue and argue. I mean, really, honestly, I don't care if Jane over here or Tom over there says stuff that I find is ridiculous because most of the stuff on social media is ridiculous
