This is a study that was done by Walden University and then also the Henry Ford Clinic also talks about mood enhancing a smile, increased endurance, reduced pain, reduced stress, and strengthened immune system. So here's the physiological thing about it. What happens in the stress reduction is that you have a heart rate that will reduce when you smile in any kind of a stressful situation

Yes, I have read about this and it always makes me think of the laughter. Yoga. There's a practice of doing yoga and laughing and just trying to create those endorphins. And today I was feeling a little stressed out and I put some music on and just, like, hearing the music, like, it made me smile, it made me move my body. So music helps. Like, for me, when those stress hormones, everything cortisone, just spiking and yeah
