Share Saturday - Mornings

article image placeholderUploaded by @MHNmaven
Why? Hello everyone. Welcome to the Mind Health Network. I'm your Mind Health Network Maven Bo and it's shared Saturday and so I wanted to share how do you start your mornings? That's our share question. How do you start your mornings? Are you a morning person? Are you a night person? I'm going to share that I was born at literally like four minutes minutes to midnight. And I'm a total night owl

Minutes of deep breathing into my belly, and then I'm going to make my bed, and then I'm going to go do more breath work, meditation, write my goals for the day, et cetera, et cetera

And you know how I was on prednisone for three days, and so you have this false sense of I'm okay, and you have energy, and as soon as it starts getting out of your system, you start feeling all the things you did during that fake energy that have now hurt your body. I'm feeling that. Plus a car accident. It's been a really crazy time, so I love that. I'm so going to do that tomorrow morning. I still do my stretches

I pretty much do the same thing every morning.

I don't hang out in bed and I use the restroom. And then I have to stretch every morning because with my cerebral palsy, with my handicap, I get very tight. And so the only way I can really function every day is to stretch. So regardless if it's the weekend or weekday, I always have to stretch no matter what. So, yeah, I do that. Have some breakfast. Of course, it really depends

But the fact of the matter is, you want to always have fluidity in your joints and in your muscles and your tendons. And also by doing that, it frees up any kind of nerve pinches you might get from laying and sleeping and sleeping wrongly on your neck and so on and so forth. I do neck stretches as well because I nearly broke my neck a long time ago and it's very important to keep again

I did not know that… @MHNmaven

Hey, Bo. Hope you're doing well. I did not know that about the classical thing. It's kind of weird, but interesting. But yeah, I might have to try that. I don't know, I'm kind of skeptical. But I believe you. I believe you, but it just seems weird to me. But at the same time, like I said, very interesting. Very, very interesting. Well, thank you for the tip and have a good day
