But if we look at it from a different perspective and we take a step back and we look at it and evaluate it, it will help us to get specific about what we did in that situation that probably derailed us. And take a look and see what it is that we need to reconnect with and what it is we need to change and adapt. It's taking things and pivoting

Hi, Buddha. That was such a powerful thought. Just letting go. Letting go is the biggest power that we all hold within ourselves, but we don't really want to exercise it because there's always something to be called ego that stops us from changing ourselves, that resist some kind of change within us, and we start making ourselves feel so rejected, we start making boundaries around ourselves, and we don't want to cross those boundaries

And I think with COVID I really feel that we lost the process of grieving to be able to let go of things. Funerals, for example, and dying in loved ones. We stopped going to funerals, and funerals have now, at least in my family, have become a thing where it's a real quick and done, like a fast food kind of thing.
