There should not be anything in silence anymore with the way technology has brought everything out into the open, which may be scary and give us the fight or flight or fear response to things. But here's the thing. We need to be in touch with all forms of reality and all forms of our personality and all forms of other personalities and how we can have a balance in our life and have this calmness and peace around us even though there's chaos around us
