Let's talk all these things that have come across us as traumas through our lifetime that we've experienced, and we don't talk to someone and let somebody know that it's bothering us and it's affecting us, and we don't get the help without telling anyone. When you hear voices in your head and you think you're the only one that hears those voices in your head, you're not. Automatic negative thoughts happen. The ants inside your head, that's not mine

And then when certain things come about and we can't handle it, we don't know what to do. We don't want to talk to someone about it because we feel ourselves can't handle that. And sometimes we look at it as self healing, but in all actuality, it's damaging. It took me a very long time. I had to get to a point where I just couldn't do it anymore. I thought I was going to lose my mind

And it's hard when you're in something to realize the best intention, to realize that you are not alone, to realize and come to the conclusion of awareness of these sort of circumstances. So thank you so much for sharing your strength. I'm proud of you for accomplishing everything that you have accomplished and overcoming and getting that amazing resilience that you know you have now because of this. And that's what I take away from all of the things that have happened to me

And then you realize that there are so many others like you who have been suffering in silence. And just because of that, it gives you so much of comfort that really heals you from inside, that makes you realize that you are not a unique one. You are not an abnormal piece. You are not something very unusual that you are going through. There are a lot of other people also suffering the same kind of problem. And there is a way out. So you need to look within yourself
