Like, whenever we go to the market and see the tempting food at the stalls, oh, my God, we can't. But unfortunately, we can't do anything, so we have to sacrifice. My logical question for you guys is, how many of you are like me? And which date is the all cheap meal dates

So I have to be very cautious with my meals. But I don't do that. I eat whatever I want and then I think, yeah, from tomorrow I'm going to change everything. From tomorrow I'm going to change my diet. From tomorrow I'm going to exercise and stuff, but tomorrow never comes. So yeah, that's really difficult. The situation is kind of very difficult where you want to stay fit but you cannot leave junk food

Hi, this is Tita. I am very much like you. I love working out and keeping my body fit and doing yoga and stuff but I don't restrict myself or anything but my cheat day is any day. My whole day the moons are raging and I feel like crying so yeah, definitely we'll get that biryani or will get those moments when I feel like doing so

I completely agree with you. I'm saying I started doing workout last year and this time I was pretty serious regarding being consistent in doing exercise and staying fit. And actually I belong to a family who are completely against fast food of my life. So in return I don't eat fast food that much. But in return I make them or ask my mom to make those things at home itself. So I eat a lot. A lot and exercise too

Okay. Like this question doesn't apply to me but I will tell you like fitness. So I'm basically 19 and one year back I was kind of doing cardio and body weight exercises and I was pretty fit that time. So that time I used to kind of do that cheat meals and stuff in a month
