A close call that made me appreciate life even more…
He basically lost my job that I had had for seven years, that I had worked so hard and so long at it, was, had the pillow over my head. And I prayed to God, please let my son, who was three years old at the time, and I live, God, I'll do anything you want me to do. Just let me live to see another day. And so 24 years later, I am still God's instrument

It's really a beautiful message that you're sharing here in it, and it made me emotional to hear you get so emotional about it because, yeah, it's so important to remember to be present and to care for people the way that you want to be cared for and put that energy out even and especially through hardships.
