How do you define your happiness ?

Hello everyone. Good afternoon. I have this question that I always wanted to ask, I mean ask myself. I know the answer for myself, but I never spoken to any large audience. This is the first time that I have the chance to ask this question to all of you. There is no good answer and bad answer. It's just the answer. It's just the way you define how do you define your happiness? What really makes you happy?

It. Hello, Maurice. Thank you for inviting me to your swell. So, what makes me happy? Well, first of all, God gives me joy. I have joy because I have God, because I know God, and because I have a relationship with Him. And then what makes me happy? My grandchildren make me happy. Just seeing them, watching them play a and just them loving on me, me loving on them, that makes me happy. My children make me happy

Hello, Andrea. Good evening. Thank you for replying and you are welcome. Daka said there is no wrong or right answer as long as you have the things that make you happy. That's what it counts. Just like you. God is my number one source of happiness. Every morning when I wake up just to see a new day that God allows me to live, a new day to breathe and it's the beginning of my happiness is right there. Before I even leave my home

Hi, Maurice. What makes me happy is spending time with people that I love, you know, friends and family, spending time with my pets, being able to do what I want to do when I want to do. You know, this freedom gives me happiness also. When I get my me time during the day, that gives me a lot of happiness. You and yes, community service

How to now go and shift from one state to the other is very easy. You actually are in an unhappy state. Whenever we say is because we tend to find no options out of it. We get stuck in a series of negative spirals. The positive thoughts and contemplating this didn't happen, so this happened. And if this happened, so what? Are there times that I've been happier even if this wasn't there?

Hello, Ash. I hope I have pronounced your name correctly. If not, please forgive me. You can tell me how I can pronounce it. Yes. Thank you so much for making the time to reply to my question about happiness. It's so funny how happiness is one thing, just like love is one thing, but it can be defined in so many ways. But they are all good ways. There is no wrong or right

You. Hello happy state, I guess that is your name. If it's not, please correct me. I thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my what makes you know, what makes you happy, how you define your happiness. I really appreciate you. There's something you said about the happiness is a choice. You have to make yourself your happiness first. That is so true. That is how I see it myself

So let's swing more on and swell more on happiness. Create to happiness, find your happiness, you will get happiness, it will happen. But you have to explore sitting idle, waiting for the wave to create happiness. Nobody will create happiness, you have to create happiness. God bless. God speed

I could do the other things that make me happy, whether it's cooking or singing or taking a trip. But I need to feel that sense of circle in my life. I'm very much into breaking silos and creating circles, and that makes me most happy. When I feel like someone's entered a circle and I see them, I feel them, I know them, and that builds the strength of the circle

Money does not matter. My house today does not matter. Nothing matters. Because if you took it all away, I would still be happy with what I have. My wife, my life, my Lord and my kids

Hey, Maurice, thank you for inviting me to this discussion. I agree with Andrea. Of course, as a Christian, I believe that joy is my source of happiness. God's joy is my source of happiness because in his presence, our joy is made full. And so happiness is an emotion, it's fleeting and it's also subjective. What makes me happy may not make you happy. And so I believe that happiness is a state of being in that moment
