Why am I not able to accept AI ? | 5 minutes of Authenticity with Pritha

And then as I look at the texts and the prose and versions of things that are written by AI, say, in my context, the presentation notes of a training manual, or the description for a particular item that I might want to write in a blog, I almost feel that I need to qualify at the end of my writings that hey, this was by yours truly, good or bad, not by AI

I think we have to figure out what is it specifically that we humans have the corner on, and most likely will either forever or for a good portion of time, and then lean into those skills, abilities, things that are really human. And I think those are big conversations, because what is creativity? What is imagination, a synthesizing of ideas? Then we could say that AI is doing that. We could say humans do that

So data, information, and then it's processed further, it becomes knowledge, and when it's internalized, it becomes wisdom. And I just. I am thinking we are taking AI at a data level and thinking of it as wisdom. That's where my problem is. But thank you so much for taking the time. This was extremely insightful. I appreciate it, Christina. Have a beautiful day

And then you ask Chat GPT a question and get an answer. I think we're looking at a peculiar corner of AI that's kind of ridiculous, not that helpful. And of course, as humans, we can reason in ways and learn and gain what you call wisdom that you wouldn't really find from all these documents on the Internet. But let me just propose this. There are many ways in which AI can be truly helpful

I really enjoyed this thread. And Gary, I like your helping us delineate between different kinds of artificial intelligences, because this conversation is very much about people's access quickly to something like chat DPT, which does some heavy lifting for us, but then yields really wonky results a lot of times. But to Christine's point, what do we do when someone who has life experience and multiple degrees gets overshadowed by the efficiency of results from, let's say, a Chat GPT created document?

Wow, AI, man, I've had so many people who tried to force me into using it. I have dabbled in it a little bit. Yes. AI does not have the compassion or the capacity to have the same emotional feeling as a being wood. So when you do spit out those words and the AI gets to know you as a person, that is you. But to be able to have the intellectual property as your own, it's kind of difficult

I'm so sorry. I couldn't stop giggling. Is that your dog snoring in the background? It's so cute. So cute. I'm sorry. I was very distracted. At least I hope it's your dog and it's not a human. I would feel really embarrassed, but it's really cute

Hello HUMANS! What of the Humans?

Maybe we needed to start that retraining and retooling of the american workforce anyway to accommodate the AI or just to get better as a human race? I don't know. I'm not sure where I am with it, but I do know we're here. I think that in our community, I am pushing on the thought leadership to add research and art to the science, technology, engineering and math. So I'm like a one woman band here going, we need stream
