Romance and movies

I've just been listening to Larry Mantel and his film critics talking about their best love stories and romance movies that they have watched over the years. And there were some fabulous recommendations. And I started thinking about the shows that I have loved in my life. And I remember as a child I saw a movie called Same Time next year and it just intrigued me. And it was with Ellen Berstein and I can't remember who else. I think the guy from Mash. And I just loved it

But I think passion is so good because it kind of softens you, and it's so cultural. Some people really just need edgy kind of skinnier, teeth. Romance almost didn't happen. Some people like the sad stuff where it ends and everyone's crying. But I think the romantic company, you can't pull them off. They're very hard, actually. But I love coming by your name. It was quite dramatic and beautiful. Yeah. Thank you for reminding me of that one

So I think that is probably one of my favorites with regards to any type of romantic movie. But I'm sure there Jared so many more out there like Love actually is another one that kind of sticks to my mind. Maybe sometimes it's because of the actors or actresses that are in the movie and then sometimes maybe if it's based off of a book that you've read, those are kind of influential too. But thanks for starting this

Some of them and Call Me bys Your Name is one that I'm really wanting to watch but I know what kind of rips your heart out and stamps on it. So I haven't gotten around to having the guts yet. But anyway I can't wait to hear the other replies

Madly Dickson, the main actress in that movies like literally just fall in love with their watching her, it's like one of those epic as a viewer, you fall in love with her, right, imagine the actor in the scene. So yeah, I'm going to go with the Bollywood movies and yeah, looking forward to hearing everyone else's answers

So this is going to sound crazy, but I think for me, I just remember being so impacted by the Twilight movies in terms of the romance between Bella and Edward and how all consuming and the sacrifices that have to be made. And it's so intense and dark, and it definitely sets the stage for love. And romance is all about tension and, you know, angst. And as a younger person, I think it was like 20 when I saw it

I'm going to have to find out about that. All right. Well, onto the next and new movies. I'm going to see West Side Story tomorrow night. And I have been holding off because I love that movie so much, and it's just deeply painted by heart. But finally, I'm placking up the courage to go and see the new version. Thanks, guys
