Exposing Corporations’ False Inclusivity

American Airlines, Capital One, every single one of these companies tout how inclusive they are, yet they remain quiet about the anti LGBTQ plus legislation and even support financially the politicians who want to take away the rights of every single LGBTQ plus person in this country. And if they can completely wipe us out. I really need to understand what is going on here. Many of these companies are all about celebrating Pride Month that we just had last month

But I would love to sit down and have a conversation with any of these board members from these companies, these leaders from these companies, and really try to understand their take, because I don't think they're going to have a good argument here. Bye

I understand that, but it really is not an issue. Companies have a right to hire and fire anybody they want, but not based on sexual preference or their gender identity. For example, we have a woman vice president who has no brains whatsoever, and she was given that spot just because she was a woman and a black woman, and that's not the way to hire anybody you hire based on intelligence or their ability to do a job

I'm not really sure how to respond to this because I don't think you you either listened to my initial Swell cast about exposing corporations false inclusivity completely or if you just decided to interpret it as you felt best. But first thing I want to address is your comments around businesses hiring practices. Organizations hiring practices. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical for any organization, small or large, because they bring numerous benefits
