Healthcare workers have become lost

Or is it about the same where you're located? Are you overworked? I can say one thing about the healthcare workers in my area. They have lost the insight, many have lost the insight of why they do what they do each and every day. We have nurses who forgot the pledge in which they took. I think many nurses need to reread the Florence Nightingale pledge. Many doctors and other healthcare professionals have got why they're in healthcare

I think most people aren't doing that now because it's so stressful, and the money is not as consistent as it had been in more traditional years. So, yeah, I just want to know a little bit more about your history with the healthcare world and where you are now and what's what you're facing more of. Thank you so much for starting this conversation

There just doesn't really seem to be really true heart and passion and caring for patients in the community any longer. It's more of how can we just meet the minimal requirements so that we can keep whatever certification, accreditation, extra funds, et cetera, versus are we less really take a hard look and ask ourselves, are we doing what we need to do for our patients and the community?

Because not only were we living through this traumatic event, we've been around long enough to know that our leaders had warning about this, knew about the weaknesses in the system, and chose profit and money over fixing those holes in the system. Anyone that was in healthcare during H one n one knew that we had no capabilities of handling an influx of anything. Okay, let's be real here

Hey, good evening. This is Lloyd. Let me respond to your question why I feel like healthcare workers are lost. I've been in healthcare now for twelve years. Just to let you know, I'm not a doctor nor a nurse. I actually work on the EVs side of things and when to say that I feel many healthcare workers have become lost. Many of my coworkers have become lost, especially in the last three years
