Under promise, over deliver. What does that mean? To break it down even further? It means talk less, do more. If you talk less and do more, you will surprise people every single day. People will say that you're special. People will say that you're awesome. And they'll say it repeatedly. It's so funny because it's like I originally started this well cast to talk about about comic books and to talk about editing

And I just wanted to thank you again and again for reminding us about ethics around work and productivity. And on the other side of this are people that are still gestating, still marinating, still philosophizing, still in a period of daydreaming. And that's also okay

I'm 15 pages in, and I've been so teetering and tottering if I should keep doing this, and now I feel like I have to, not just for myself, for people who like the book, who have responded, you know, the few that have responded versus the thousands and millions who have not.
